Terms of Service

1. The service

Cornerman is an AI interview coaching tool that listens to live interviews on your machine and surfaces real-time hints. You are responsible for using Cornerman in a manner that complies with applicable laws, the policies of any platform you use it on, and the terms of any employer or organization you interview with.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Cornerman to record, transmit, or share another person's voice or likeness in violation of applicable wiretapping, recording-consent, or privacy laws.
• Use Cornerman to misrepresent your skills, identity, or experience in a way that constitutes fraud.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Cornerman or its output.
• Reverse engineer the service or attempt to extract its prompts or models.
• Abuse the service in a way that imposes disproportionate load (running Cornerman against synthetic streams to generate volume, etc.).

You are responsible for confirming that recording-consent laws in your jurisdiction permit your use of Cornerman during a given interview.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Billing and refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. Cornerman does not generally offer refunds for partial months. If something has gone wrong with your account, contact us — we'll deal with cases individually.

5. Quotas

Each plan has a session quota described on the pricing page. Once your quota is reached, you can upgrade or wait until the next billing period.

6. AI output

Cornerman's coaching hints are generated by language models and may be imperfect, incomplete, or wrong. You are responsible for everything you say in your interview. Cornerman is a tool for preparation and real-time assistance — it is not a guarantee of any outcome.

7. No warranty

Cornerman is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep the service reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cornerman's total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can close your account at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced; continued use after the change means you accept the updated terms.
